BAKED AND SOUR CHICKEN



A gourmet and yet light sweet and sour chicken!

* Ingredients :

° 600 g of chicken or turkey cutlets
° 340 g sliced ​​pineapple
° 1 onion
° 0.5 yellow bell pepper
° 0.5 green pepper
° 0.5 red bell pepper
° 1 bar of chicken stock
° 2 tbsp. to s. lemon juice
° 2 tbsp. to s. balsamic vinegar
° 1 C. to s. tomato paste
° 1 C. to s. soy sauce
° 1 C. to s. powdered or caster sugar
° 2 tbsp. to c. cornstarch Maïzena
° 1 C. to c. oil

* Preperation

Melt the broth tablet in 12.5 cl of water.

Chop the onion, dice the chicken and peppers. Drain the pineapple slices and cut them into pieces.

Heat the oil in a sauté pan, brown the onion in it. When it begins to cook, add the peppers.

Once the peppers are tender, add the pineapple and continue cooking.

Add the sugar, cornstarch, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar and lemon juice to the chicken broth, mix well with a whisk.

Brown the chicken cutlets in an oiled pan, then dice. Arrange the chicken in a wok or high-sided pan and add the sauce to the chicken, mix well and cook until thickened.
