BROCCOLI SALAD



+ PREPERATION 25 MIN

* INGREDIENTS :

° 60 ml (¼ cup) mayonnaise
° 45 ml (3 tbsp.) vinegarCider
° 15 ml (1 tsp.) Old-fashioned mustard
° 1 liter (4 cups) mini bunches of raw broccoli (about 1 broccoli)
° 125 ml (½ c) slice-almonds, toast
° 60 ml (¼ cup) raisins (Sultana or golden)
° 4 tranches cook bacon, finely chop
° 2 green onions, thinly sliced
° Salt and pepper

* PREPERATION :

In  bowl, blend mayonnaise, vinegar also mustard with whisk. Salt // pepper. Adding rest ingredients also blend well. Adjust season .
