* Ingredients :

° 6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
° 1/4 cup butter
° 1 cup brown sugar
° 1/4 cup water
° 1/2 teaspoon salt

* directions :

Preheaat oven 350 degrees f .
Cut cooled sweet potatoes into ½-inch slices and arrange in a 3-quart casserole dish.
Add butter, sugar, water, and salt to a small saucepan and heat until boiling. Boil about 5 min with constant stir. Pour glaze on sweet potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes without a lid. Serve hot.
