*Chicken-Stuffed-Crescent Rolls*

* Ingredients / for 6 people

+For 16 pieces:
° a round puff pastry
° some mustard
° 4 slices of chicken breast
° an egg yolk


1 Preheat the oven to 160 ° C hot air, or 180 ° C in the traditional way.
2Roll out the dough and cut it into 16 equal parts.
3On each triangle of dough, spread a layer of mustard then arrange pieces of chicken breast.
4Roll the triangles on themselves starting from the widest part.
5Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush them with the egg yolk diluted in a skin of water using a brush.
