* Chocolate-German-Cake Trifle *

This trifle will not go unnoticed during the holiday season. With its layers of chocolate cake, Nutella mousse, whipped cream and pieces of Ferrero Rocher, no one will be able to resist.

**Ingredients :

+For-chocolate cake:
° 1 can chocolate cake mix, prepared and cut into 1-inch cubes
° ½ cup (125 mL) hot chocolate powder
+For the Nutella mousse:
° 3/4 cup (190 mL) Nutella
° 1 pack cream-cheese, soft
° 6 tablespoons (90 ml) of cream
+For the whipped cream:
° 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
° 1/4 cup (37.5 g) sugar
° 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vanilla
° 6 Ferrero Rocher, coarsely chopped


For the Nutella mousse:
Beat all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency.
Add enough milk to get the consistency of a pudding.
For the whipped cream:
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat a little (but not too much).
Assembling the trifle:
Arrange half of the pieces of chocolate cake in the bottom of a trifle dish.
Sprinkle some hot chocolate powder on top of the cake pieces.
Spread half of the Nutella mousse evenly over the cake.
Spread half of the whipped cream over the mousse.
Sprinkle half of the chopped Ferrero Rocher over the whipped cream.
Repeat all the steps.
Decorate with additional Ferrero Rocher.
Refriigerate at least 1 h before serve .
