French Onion Chicken Bake - Don't Lose This Recipe

* Ingredients for

° 4 Chicken pieces (thighs, between thighs)
° 5 onions
° 1 tsp. tablespoon Oil
° 1 knob Butter
° 20 cl Chicken broth
° Salt
° Pepper

* Preparation steps:

Peel the onions then slice them. Heat the butter and oil in a casserole dish and brown the onions. Remove them. Instead, brown the chicken pieces on all sides.

Return the onions to the casserole dish, add the broth, salt and pepper and simmer for about 35 min. Serve directly in the casserole dish.

Tip: at the end of cooking, you can bind the sauce with 10 cl of cream.
