Its taste is rather sweet; lovers of spicy dishes can therefore add a little Thai chili.
* INGREDIENTS :
° 1/4 c vegetable-oil
° 1/4 cup (50 mL) minced garlic
° 3 kaffir-lime leaves, torn in-half1 pound (500 g) ground chicken or ground turkey
° 1 pound (500 g) green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
° 3 tbsp. 1 tbsp (45 ml) sugar
° 2 tbsp. (30 ml) Roasted red chili paste
° 2 tbsp. 1 tbsp (30 ml) Fish sauce
°1 C. tablespoon (15 ml) of water
° 1 small Thai chili, thin slice (optional)
° 1 envelope Jasmine rice, cooked
* PREPERATION :
1 Heat the oil over high heat in a large skillet or wok. Adding garlic & the kaffir lime leaves; sautée about 30 sec . Adding chicken; sautée to light browned. Adding green beans / sugar, chili paste / fish sauce, water & chili; sautée about 5 min Removing kaffir lime leaves before serve .
2 Serving with cook jasmine-rice.
