Homemade Cinnamon Roll

° a glass of hot milk
° 1/3 glass powdered sugar
° 4.5 4.5 teaspoons Yeast 2 packets, regular dry or fast acting
° 4 4 cups flour
° a teaspoon Salt

° 1/2 glass brown sugar
° 2 tsp ground cinnamon
° 1/4 glass Butter 1/2 bar, room temperature
° 1/2 glass Raisins Optional
° 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts Optional
+ICING
° two cups powdered sugar
° two tablespoons Butter at room temperature
° a teaspoon of vanilla
° 2 to 4 tablespoons Milk

* Preparation : 

Mix the milk and the sugar. Add the yeast and let the test for about 7-8 minutes, until the yeast is bubbling. Add the rest of the dough ingredients, keep 1 cup of the flour. Start mixing, slowly adding the last cup of flour. You will want the dough to be slightly sticky. Knead dough about 5-6 min, to smooth & elastic.

Spraying large bowl with cook spray. Place the dough in a bowl, turning the dough to grease all sides.Loosely cover container with plastic wrap; Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour 30 minutes or until the dough has doubled in size.
To make a cinnamon filling, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins or nuts. Leave besides.
Spray bottom and sides of large gelatin pan with cooking spray.

Sprinkle the flour lightly on a counter or large cutting board. Hit the dough to deflate it. Rolling dough into15 × 10 inch rectangle. Brush 1/4 cup butter over dough up to 1/2 inch from edges. Sprinkling with cinnamon sugar blending . Starting with the long side, roll the dough well. Pinch the edge of the dough onto the roller to seal the edge. Using a sharp serrated knife or dental floss, cut the roll into 1.5 to 2 inch slices. Placing tranches slightly apart in pan. Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until the dough has doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir frosting ingredients until smooth. Pour the frosting on top of the cinnamon rolls, allowing it to cover the rolls and run down the sides.
