* Ingredients

° 4 Yellow peaches
° 100g Flour
° 30g Almond powder
° 80g Sugar
° 60g Butter
° 40g Almond puree
° 2tbsp. almond milk
° 1tbsp.  coffee Yeast

* Preparation steps :

Preheaat oven 180 ° C (th 6). Cutting peaches in 2, removing pit, peeled them & cutting  them to pieces. Butter  gratin dish, distribut fruit, sprinkling with 20 g sugar & baking for 10 min.
In bowl, mixing rest of sugar with almond powder, baking powder & flour. Adding  soft butter, mashed & almond milk & mix.
Covering fruit with dough & baking for 35 minutes. Serving lukewarm.
