The great marinade for steaks ... A real treat !
* Ingredients :
° 1/3 cup (85 ml) soy sauce
° 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
° 1/3 cup (85 ml) lemon juice
° 1/4 cup (65 ml) sauce Worcestershire 1 and a half tablespoon garlic powder
° 3 tablespoons dried basil 1 and a half tablespoons parsley
° 1 teaspoon white pepper
° 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco style hot sauce
° 1 teaspoon minced garlic
* Preperation :
Add all the ingredients together in the blender and activate until blended. Pour on steaks & marinate about 8 h !
