Cottage cheese, strawberries and a little sugar ... Simple things are so good!

* Ingredients :

° 200g strawberries
° 2 tsp cane sugar
° 150g white cheese
° 3 small Swiss
° 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
° 4 to 6 cookies depending on their size (speculoos, shortbread, Breton pucks, etc.)

* Preperation :

Rinse strawberries quickly before hulling them. Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
Add 2 tsp of sugar and mix. Leave aside for about 20 minutes, enough time to have a syrup.
In a salad bowl, combine the fromage blanc, the Swiss cheese and the vanilla sugar.
Keep cool until ready to serve.
Crumble the cookies and divide them into two large cups.
When ready to serve, add the mixture to the fromage blanc, then the strawberries. Drizzle with the strawberry syrup.
Enjoy without further delay.
