Cooking pasta:
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan or casserole dish. Add salt and bring to a boil.
Once it boils, add your pasta.
Cook, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes, until "cooked" (or according to the time indicated on the package).

While pasta is cooking, prepare shrimp with garlic-parsley sauce:
In  skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
Fry the shrimp for 1.5 minutes per side or until they turn pink. Be careful, do not cook it for too long, otherwise it will become rubbery.
Salt and pepper to your taste. Optionally add a pinch of paprika, mix.
Note: If the skillet is small or if you are using more shrimp, proceed in several batches, setting the cooked shrimp aside on a plate as you go.
Add garlic and butter to the skillet. Leave to simmer for two minutes while stirring.
Add parsley and mix everything.
to finish:
Drain the pasta, being careful to reserve a ladle of the cooking water.
Add the pasta and cooking water to the pan, mix everything together gently and heat quickly. it's ready!

Enjoy!
