I have already tried the homemade Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe but this recipe is still the best as my husband says it is almost thought in Kentucky Fried Chicken except it is better.

* Ingredients :
°3-4 large chicken cutlets
°2 cups of flour
°125 ml of milk (milk)
°1 egg
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°1 teaspoon lemon pepper (if you can't find any, use freshly ground pepper)
°1 teaspoon garlic powder
°1 teaspoon of marjoram
°1 teaspoon paprika
°1 teaspoon dried basil
°½ teaspoon hot pepper powder
°1 teaspoon dried thyme
°1 teaspoon onion powder
°1 teaspoon dried sage
* Directions :
Rinse the cutlets to dry them, then cut them in half. For reservations.
In a salad bowl, pour the flour. Add all the spices and mix everything together.
In a bowl, we break an egg and add curd to beat everything.
Heat an oil bath to 350°F (180°C).
I sprinkle my cutlets with salt, pepper and lemon and mix everything well before rolling them in flour (for more flavour).
Roll each piece in flour, then dip in the egg-yogurt mixture.
Roll a second time in flour. Keep rolling it well the second time until the flour sticks to the pieces.
Fry in hot oil, the cutlets will begin to rise to the surface and cook until a nice golden color.
Place the Kentucky Fried Chicken on paper towels. Continue with the rest of the chicken I'm frying by 3 or 4, depending on the width of the frying pan or skillet.
Feet it right away.
Enjoy !
