Creamy Potatoes - Creamy fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch! very well! Shredded hash browns, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch sauce, sour cream, cream chicken, heavy cream, butter and ritz crackers. A mixture of french fries and regular potato casserole. I can make a meal with these potatoes!!! You can go ahead and freeze later. Perfect for a crowd.
*Ingredients
°cooking spray
°1 package (32 ounces) frozen brown potatoes, thawed
°1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
°8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
°1 package (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
°2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided or more to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13" x 9" baking tray with cooking spray or butter.
Blend hash browns/ sour cream/ bacon, ranch mix, also 1 C cheddar cheese in a large bowl; Stirring to well mixed. Spread in baking pan cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese evenly over potatoes. Bake until the cheese has softened and turned light brown around the edges, about 15 minutes.
