* Ingredients :
°4 pounds grilled chuck
°Salt and pepper to taste
°1 sachet of dry onion soup mix
°1 cup water
°3 carrots chopped
°1 chopped onion
°3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
°1 celery stalk chopped
* Prepare :
Step 1
Season roast with salt and pepper to taste. Browne on all sides in skillet on high heat, for 4 min per side.
Step 2
Place the roasts in the slow cooker and add the soup mix, water, carrots, onions, potatoes, and celery.
Step 3
Covering also cooking on low heat about 8 to 10 h .
