To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:


°60ml oil
°1 cup red wine or liquid beef broth
°750g minced meat
°1 chopped onion
°1 tsp garlic
°2 tablespoons of tomato paste
°2 tablespoons paprika
°2 tablespoons barbecue spices
°black pepper and salt
°Lasagna sheets
°2 cups cooked creamy spinach
°5 tablespoons of butter
°4 tablespoons cake flour
°2 x cans of evaporated milk
°2 cups grated cheddar cheese
MethodIn a large saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil until translucent
-Add ground meat, salt, paprika, barbecue spices, black pepper and fry until lightly browned.
-Incorporate the tomato paste, the wine. Bring to a boil then simmer covered for 15 minutes and remove from heat.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour to form a paste.
-Gradually add the evaporated milk, whisking continuously until the mixture is smooth and thickened,Season to taste.
-Add grated cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
-In a greased baking dish, layer the white sauce, then the lasagna sheets, then the meat sauce, then the creamy spinach in a single layer.
-Continue the layers in this order, ending with the white sauce.
-Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
– Bake for 30 minutes, Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
