*INGREDIENTS
°1 1/4 c flour
°3/4 c butter
°1/4 cup pecans + extra for top
°8 oz cream cheese, softened
°16oz Fresh Whip
°1 cup powdered sugar
°4 small boxes (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding
°5 cups of milk
*INSTRUCTIONS
FIRST LAYER
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cut the butter into flour. Mix well and add the pecans. Pat to bottom of 9×13 pan & baking for 21 min . Let cool totally.
SECOND LAYER
Whisk together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in half Cool Whip (about 8 oz). Spreading on crust.
THIRD LAYER
Combine lemon pudding and milk. Beat until thickened. Spreading on cream cheese layer.
FOURTH LAYER
Pour and swirl the remaining fresh whip on top. Sprinkle with pecans.
Refrigerate to ready to serving
