*Ingredients :
+For bread :
°3/4 c granulated sugar
°1/2 c of milk
°1/2 c oil
°1 egg
°1 tsp vanilla extract 
°2 c flour
°2 teaspoons baking powder** (see notes)
°1/4 tsp salt
°2 cups diced strawberries
°2 tablespoons flour
+For icing:
°2 cups powder sugar
°2 tsp melted butter
°1/3 c strawberries
°1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
°1-2 tsp heavy cream or milk** 

* Methods  :

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In  bowl, combine sugar, milk, oil, egg & vanilla. In  detach bowl, mix flour, baking powder / salt.
Adding dried ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to combined.
In a small bowl, combine the strawberries and the 2 tablespoons flour to coat the strawberries. Gently fold the floured strawberries into the batter.
Pour the bread batter into a greased 9″x5″ loaf pan. Baking at 350 degrees for 50-55 min.
Let the bread cool for 10 minutes, then remove the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the glaze, combine the powdered sugar, melted butter, diced strawberries and extract in a small bowl. Blend until smooth.
Once the bread has cooled, spread the frosting on top of the bread. Slice and serve.
