Mexican Taco Lasagna




*ingredients

°1 pound minced meat
°1 packet taco seasoning
°1/4 cup water
°1 can tomato roe * hill chopped chili, drained
°1 box of nacho cheese soup
°1/4 cup sour cream
°1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
°12 8-inch soft tortillas

* Methods 

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Add beef to a large skillet over medium heat, breaking up while cooking. Strain the fat when it is cooked.
 
Adding taco season & water to skillet and cook for 2 min.
Place tomatoes, cream cheese, and sour cream into a medium mixing bowl. My heart cooked meat.
 
Place 3 tortillas in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Add 1/3 of the meat mixture.
 
Repeat layers ending with a layer of tortillas on top. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and melted.
Serve with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro, guacamole, and additional sour cream, if desired.
