°1 sachet Yeast
°1 sachet Vanilla sugar
°3 eggs
°8 pineapple rings (tin can)
°150g Sugar
°150g Flour
°150g Butter

*Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
In bowl, mix soft butter with the sugar.
Adding eggs one by one, mixing well, & adding sifted flour & baking powder.
In frying pan or  cake pan (which must go on the heat), making caramel. Let the sugar melt (without water or anything), it should be brown. When it almost covers the whole pan, add the pineapple slices.
If there is pineapple left, put it in small pieces in the batter.
Pour the previous mixture into the pan (or mold) and bake for about 30 minutes.
Leave to cool then soak the cake in the pineapple juice (the one from the box).
