Cajun Shrimp in Foil

It's hard to find tastier than this amazing recipe for shrimp en papillote seasoned with a Cajun marinade: guaranteed success on the BBQ!


°1 recipe Cajun marinade
°1 bag of medium shrimp (caliber 31/40) of 340 g, raw and shelled
°100 g (3 1/2 oz) sliced ​​chorizo
°10 cherry tomatoes of various colors, halved


In a bowl, mix the Cajun marinade with the shrimp, chorizo ​​and cherry tomatoes. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.
When ready to cooking, preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Drain the prawns, chorizo ​​and cherry tomatoes. Discard the marinade.
Cut a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Lay a sheet of parchment paper over the sheet of aluminum foil. Place the shrimp, chorizo ​​and cherry tomatoes on the parchment paper. Fold the parchment paper and aluminum foil to form an airtight foil.
On the hot grill of the barbecue, place the foil. Close the lid and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until the packet is puffed.
