Slow Cooker Beef Brisket


°2 lb beef brisket
°2 tbsp. at s. cayenne powder
°1 C. at s. garlic, minced
°1/2 cup chili sauce
°1/4 cup ketchup
°1 C. at s. Worcestershire sauce
°1 C. at s. old-fashioned mustard, replace with Dijon mustard
°1 C. at t. black pepper
°1 onion,
°2 carrot
°2 potato
°1 bay leaf
°2 cups Ready to Use Beef Broth No Salt Added


In a mixing bowl, combine brisket, cayenne pepper, garlic, chili sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Mix well until the meat is coated with the seasoning mixture.
Place the onion, carrots, potatoes, bay leaf and beef broth in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add brisket and cover with seasoned mixture.
Cook in slow cooker over high heat for 6 hours or until brisket is tender.
